Men just like find themselves suffering from acne, wrinkles, hyper pigmentation and oily skin. Maintaining a clear skin contrary to what most men believe does not determine your masculinity. Adopt at least a weekly routine to take care of your face including cleansing; moisturizing and toning. This will keep your skin healthy and help prevent wrinkles. Always use a light moisturizer on your face after cleansing and shaving. Toning is a must for every guy especially if you are an outdoor person. You can also try using a toner if you have large pores and ingrown hairs. Just like women do, remember to protect your skin from sun damage by wearing sunscreen every time you are outdoors. Sun damage causes age spots, wrinkles and skin cancer. Wear sunglasses or hats whenever you are outside to prevent the sun from scorching your skin. Remember to watch what you eat and to exercise regularly.
Eat a balanced diet every day to improve circulation, unclog pores and obtain the vitamins and minerals needed for healthy skin. Exercising ensures that you sweat therefore removing dangerous toxins from your body.
